Policy Regarding Supplementary/Compensation Class(es)

Assalam-o-Alaikum

As per institutional policy compensation/supplementary classes are provided as per following: –

👉To reschedule a class at a later time in the same date: –

i) It is obligatory for the Parents to inform the management at least 2-3 hours earlier than regular class time. Supplementary class(es) will not be provided in case of last-minute update.

Supplementary class(es) will be provided by the institute: –

i) if a class gets cancelled from the teacher’s or from the management side.

ii) if a class gets disturbed from the teacher’s side

iii) if a teacher logins late at class time.

To reschedule a class some other day: –

i) Inform the management atleast 1 hour before the class timings.

👉No supplementary class will be provided: –

i) against Gazetted holidays.

ii) if a student logins late at class time without prior notice and the teacher waits for the student.

iii) For students taking weekend classes. Classes cannot be rescheduled more than twice in a month. If a student misses more than 2 lessons in a month no compensation will be provided.

iv) For students taking weekdays classes. Classes cannot be rescheduled more than thrice in a month. If a student misses more than 3 lessons in a month no compensation will be provided.

v) Missed class will only be provided after receipt of monthly fee. If a student has missed lesson(s) remaining it will have no effect on due date of fee. It will remain the same.

vi) Students taking once a week lengthy lessons will be compensated any other day if they are not available at a later time during that specific day.

👉The compensation will be provided in any of the following ways.

i) A class can be compensated by extending class time 15 minutes for each session till the gap is covered.

ii) A class can be compensated by provision of a full duration class as per vacant time slots of the teacher or on weekends.

The institute reserves the right to get the classes conducted by a supplementary teacher if the schedule of regular teacher remains occupied.

Policy Regarding Monthly Fee (Partial/Prorate/Freeze)

Dear Parents,

Assalam-o-Alaikum

As per institutional policy fee will be charged as per following: –

👉 Partial fee/Prorate: –

 i) If 6 to 8 classes of a student gets disturbed in a row from the institutional end. Partial (half) fee will be charged and the institute will also provide compensation classes.

 ii) If a student is leaving for a month or more or going for summer holidays and wanted to continue classes with the same teacher at same time after arrival half fee will be charged for each holiday month.

iii) If a student is leaving for a month or more or going for summer holidays and can continue classes with any teacher after rejoining quarter fee will be charged.

 iv) If a student is going on a break of less than 10 days full fee will be charged and compensation will not be provided in that case.

👉 Freeze

If classes of a student gets missed due to severe medical condition or due to the death of any blood relative, the classes will freeze for a maximum period of 15 days.

The above-mentioned policy will not be applicable on Fee defaulters or late fee payers. They will be charged full fee in every case.
