Noorani Qaida in Four Levels
From single letters to reading the mushaf. Most children finish in three to six months.
Joining Letters & Short Vowels
Letters joined into words, then the three short vowels — Fatha (ـَ), Kasra (ـِ) and Damma (ـُ) — and tanween.
This is the stage where it stops being letters and starts being reading.
Long Sounds & Special Rules
The madd letters Alif (ا), Waw (و) and Ya (ي) that stretch a sound, plus sukun (ـْ) and shaddah (ـّ).
Words begin to sound the way they are meant to, held for the right length.
Reading Practice — Advanced
Every rule at once, plus noon sakinah and tanween, and then real ayahs instead of exercises.

Why families in Australia start here
Australian families are often further from a madrasah than any other community we teach — a family in regional Queensland or outside Perth may have no option at all within a two-hour drive. So children arrive having learned surahs from a parent or a recording, with genuinely good memorisation and no reading. Qaida is where that gets put right, and it is the shortest course we teach.

The Time Zone Problem, and How We Solve It
Australia sits between five and seven hours ahead of where most online Quran academies keep their teachers. That gap is the entire reason Australian families give up on online classes. What time are Quran classes available for Australian time zones?
We staff AEST/AEDT, ACST and AWST directly. Eastern-state families can book from 3:30pm to 9:00pm on weekdays, Perth from 3:00pm to 9:00pm AWST, and Adelaide and Darwin in between. There is also an early band from about 6:00am to 8:00am for families who prefer before school. These are slots we actually cover, not a claim to serve every hour.
How much do online Quran classes cost in Australia?
Plans run from A$55 a month for two 30-minute classes a week to A$83 a month for five, billed in Australian dollars. There is no registration fee and no charge for the trial classes. Every price is on the page, so you do not have to enquire to find out what it costs.
We live in a regional area with no Islamic school nearby. Can our children still learn?
Yes, and this is a large part of who we teach in Australia. The class is live one-to-one over Google Meet or Zoom, so a family in regional Queensland, the Northern Territory or outside Perth gets the same teacher and the same lesson as a family in Sydney. All that is needed is a device with a microphone and an internet connection.
Will the class clash with school terms and holidays?
No. You choose your days and times when you register, and you can change them at the start of each term or pause for a holiday. Families often move to a heavier schedule over the summer break and back to two or three days a week during term.
Can we have a female teacher?
Yes, at the same fee, and you say which you would prefer when you register. Australian families very commonly choose a female teacher for daughters, and for younger children of either gender.
Do you teach adults as well as children?
Yes. A significant share of our Australian students are adults — reverts learning to read from the beginning, and parents who want to correct their own recitation before teaching their children. The class format is identical: thirty minutes, one-to-one, at a time you choose.
Are the trial classes genuinely free?
Yes. Up to three classes with a qualified teacher, with no card details taken. The teacher assesses your child's reading, tells you plainly what level they are at, and sets out a plan. If it is not right for your family, nothing further happens.
