Before regular classes start, we usually give free trial classes, so a student can try the lessons and the teacher before deciding.
Please read the points below. They show how refunds work in practice.
Our refund policy
- If a student has had classes on 5 or more days, we deduct the fee for the classes attended and return the rest of the fee to the student.
- If a student attends regularly and we could not deliver a class, we make the time up at no extra cost. The teacher adds 15 minutes to the following classes until the missed time is covered, or your child gets 1 full extra class.
- If your child's regular teacher is not available, another qualified teacher takes the class, or it is made up in the same way.
- Our teachers have paid leave on public holidays and Eid, so no refund is given for those days.
- A full refund is available if you withdraw before your regular classes start.
- Once regular classes have started, the month is not refunded in full. The classes your child has already attended are deducted, and the rest of the fee is returned to you.

Pausing your classes
If you need to pause or hold your classes, any remaining balance can be transferred to the next month's sessions rather than refunded.
How to request a refund
Email us or message our admissions team on WhatsApp with the student name and the month in question. We will confirm the calculation with you before processing.
