Refund Policy – Online Quran learnings Academy

In our online Quran education system, It is our responsibility to make sure that everything is organized. We ensure that our system is easy for students and parents to understand. Our refund policy is quite simple. It is our responsibility to make both students and parents aware of our Refund Policy. We usually offer free evaluation classes before regular classes to help students decide whether they are satisfied with both their classes and teachers or not.

There are some important key factors that must be noted by students and parents as It will help them to understand our refund policy better.

Our Refund Policy are as stated:

1. We offer 100% money back guarantee to students if they feel unsatisfied with our teaching services. If students contact us within 5 days of starting regular classes, We will refund their fee completely.
2. If a student attends classes worth five days or more, the fee for the classes attended will be deducted and the rest of the fee will be returned to that student.
3. If a student is attending classes regularly and some classes from our side weren’t recorded, the charges for the classes missed will either be returned or adjusted to the fee for the next month.
4. If our tutor is unavailable for a class, additional charges will be returned or adjusted in next month’s fee.
5. If a student misses class due to any reason, that student is responsible to inform us. This student will be able to adjust their fee for the next month or can take makeup classes instead. Whereas a student that missed class and didn’t inform us, we won’t make any compensation for that student’s fee because the teacher is supposed to be there at your class time.
6. Public holidays and Eid Holidays stands as paid leaves for our tutors.
